The unicorn initially focused on solutions for procurement across various sectors, including construction and manufacturing, and over time, it expanded its portfolio to include financial services, facilitating credit and financing options for its clients. OfBusiness is enhancing its technological backbone by integrating GenAI to optimise research and operational efficiency, and in 2025, it launched the AI platform Nexizo to strengthen its service offerings. Additionally, the company expanded into the food processing sector by acquiring Koeleman India, diversifying its portfolio and market reach. By the second half of 2025, OfBusiness plans to go IPO to raise between $750 Mn to $1 Bn, eyeing a valuation of $6 Bn to $9 Bn. With a revenue of Rs 11,733.13 Cr in FY23, OfBusiness competes with companies including Infra.Market and Udaan.
