Founded in 2011, Vedantu is an edtech platform. The unicorn offers classes for K-12 education and competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, KVPY, NTSE, and Olympiads. The company also offers study assistance services, including personalised learning paths, doubt-solving sessions, assessments, study materials, performance reports, and mentorship programs. Vedantu has also established over 20 offline centres to offer JEE and NEET preparation across major cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. They are planning to go for an IPO as well, between late 2026 and 2027, to raise $150-200 Mn. With a revenue of Rs 199.23 Cr in FY24, Vedantu competes with companies including PhysicsWallah and Adda247.
